You’ll leave not only looking your best, but feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. ⸻ ⏰ Salon Etiquette & Booking Policies To ensure that every guest receives the same quality and attention to detail, please take note of the following salon guidelines: • Be On Time: Arriving on time allows your service to be completed properly without rushing. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling, as a courtesy to the next client. • Book the Correct Service: Please book exactly what you need so that enough time is reserved for your appointment. If you’re unsure which service fits you best, feel free to contact me before booking — I’ll be happy to help guide you. • No Extra Guests: To maintain a calm, focused atmosphere, only clients receiving services are allowed in the suite. • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24–48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. This ensures fairness and allows time for others to book that spot. • Respect the Space: Please silence phones and keep noise to a minimum so that all guests can enjoy the relaxing environment. CANCELLATION POLICY
Autumatic Looks Cancellation Policy At Autumatic Looks, I value your time and mine. Every appointment is reserved especially for you, and I understand that life happens — sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review the cancellation policy below: Cancellations & Reschedules • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and may be required to prepay before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged a late cancellation fee (50% of the service). Deposits • Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. • Deposits are applied toward your service total but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. Grace & Understanding I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur.
